Draft policy
Support
Use these contact paths for public website, evaluation, privacy, security, accessibility, and protected-product readiness inquiries. Do not use public email for confidential matter files.
Last updated: June 20, 2026
Demo requests
For demo requests, include your organization type, practice or department, priority workflows, and any governance requirements you want to discuss.
Do not send confidential matter files or privileged material through the public demo request email.
Protected product support
Production product support workflows must identify the organization, authorized requester, affected workspace, urgency, and impacted feature without collecting unnecessary legal content.
Support access to account data, product usage metadata, matter records, files, prompts, model outputs, exports, and audit records requires approved support permissions, audit logging, retention rules, and customer data handling procedures.
Privacy and data requests
Send privacy requests to privacy@legeva.com. Include enough context to identify the inquiry and requested action, such as access, correction, export, deletion, or objection, but avoid sending sensitive documents unless requested through an approved process.
Security reports
Security reports should be directed to security@legeva.com. Include the affected URL, reproduction steps, impact, and safe contact details.
Do not test beyond authorization, access private data, disrupt service, or disclose a vulnerability publicly before Legeva has had a reasonable opportunity to review it.
Accessibility feedback
Accessibility issues can be sent to support@legeva.com. Include the page URL, device, browser, and assistive technology if applicable.
Status and incident communications
Customer-facing incident notices, service status updates, and breach notification workflows require approved incident response procedures, support contacts, communication templates, audit paths, and legal/security review before production customer data is processed.
